Kindergarteners had a busy first day learning the routine and rules, playing with their language buddy, having their first school lunch. The morning went very well. Almost everyone remembered to raise their hand when they wanted to talk at group time. They heard the story of the Gingerbread Man. Ms. Baudrand told the story with puppets. They made their "First Day" of kindergarten picture. They had their first recess and first PE class with Mr. Julian. They walked quietly in a line in the hallway. They carried their trays all the way from the gym, and no one spilled. Some learned to "pop" their straws in the milk bag without making a volcano, and getting squirted in the face! There are so many things to learn in kindergarten!
